Enterprise Account Executive
Volan Technology is seeking a sharp, experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue by building and scaling strategic relationships with Fortune 500 industrial firms, logistics providers, and major airports. You’ll be focused on winning new business and expanding key accounts across warehousing and aviation operations —where precision and data truly move the needle.
This role is a high-impact lucrative opportunity for a proven closer with a hunter mindset, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and closing multi-year enterprise deals. You’ll report directly to the CEO & Co-founder, play a central role in shaping the growth of Volan, and have a direct path to sales leadership in the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying to structuring and closing high-value contracts with enterprise customers and airport operators.
- Expand existing accounts through consultative selling, identifying unmet needs, and aligning our solutions to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver a standout experience throughout the buyer journey.
- Use outbound strategies—calls, emails, social—to break into net-new logos and verticals.
- Stay relentlessly focused on pipeline generation, deal progression, predictable forecasting, and closing.
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of experience selling high-value enterprise software—ideally in logistics, industrial tech, or aviation environments.
- You’re fluent in strategic sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and Command of the Message.
- You’ve worked in early-stage SaaS or growth-stage startups and know how to thrive without a script.
- You thrive in a hunter roles—proactively building new opportunities
- You bring a deep understanding of how large enterprises and stakeholders make decisions, budget, and evaluate solutions.
- You’ve sold usage-based software, real-time data platforms, or AI/ML-enabled tools.
- You know how to develop internal champions, build account plans, and orchestrate internal and external teams to win.
